Who we are

3rigx is made and sold by 3rigx (“we”), at 3rigx.com. Contact: support@3rigx.com.

Using 3rigx

3rigx is free to download. Using it needs an active subscription. You may use it on your own devices; you may not resell it, pass it off as your own, or use it to break the law or to harm other people's computers or accounts.

Your subscription

• Price. £6.99 a month. It covers the Windows app and the Android app paired with it. AI usage isn't included (see below).
• Buying. You subscribe in the Windows app with a 3rigx account, and pay through PayPal. Each payment covers one month, and the subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time with Cancel renewal in the app, or in PayPal. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until a payment goes through.
• When access ends, 3rigx stops taking requests and running tasks. Your settings, memory, routines and history stay on your PC.
• Price changes. If the price changes, we'll tell you before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds

If 3rigx isn't for you, email support@3rigx.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, we don't refund a month you've already started, unless something on our side stopped 3rigx working for you or the law gives you a right to one. A refunded payment ends access for the month it paid for. The support page has the details.

Your AI providers

3rigx works with AI services you choose, using keys from your own accounts. Their terms, limits and charges apply to you directly, and they're separate from your 3rigx subscription. Keep an eye on your usage there; the spending cap in 3rigx is an estimate, not a guarantee.

When he uses your PC

3rigx only clicks, types and opens things when you've turned Computer control on, and within the Explain, Draft or Act rules you set. The task team stops at drafts: it doesn't publish, send, delete or buy. AI can still get things wrong, so read what he drafts before you use it, and keep backups of work that matters.

Our responsibility

We'll supply 3rigx with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it, including lost data, lost work or charges from your AI providers. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

These terms may change as 3rigx grows. The date at the top will change with them, and we'll tell you about changes that affect your subscription before they apply.
