To help us help you, include your 3rigx account email, the app version (in the dashboard on your PC, or under Your companion → Updates on the phone) and what happened. Never send your password or your AI keys.

Your subscription

3rigx costs £6.99 a month and covers the Windows app and the Android app paired with it. You subscribe on the PC, in the dashboard's Account and PayPal subscription window, and pay through PayPal. The phone has no payments; it shows your PC's access status.

AI usage isn't part of the subscription. Your AI provider bills you directly for what 3rigx uses with your keys.

• To cancel, open Account and PayPal subscription and choose Cancel renewal, or cancel in PayPal under automatic payments. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until a payment goes through. Check the payment method in PayPal, then choose Refresh status in the app.
• When access ends, he goes to sleep on the PC and the phone. Running tasks pause with their progress saved, and your settings, memory, profiles, routines and history stay on your PC for when you come back.

Refunds

• First payment: if 3rigx isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
• After that, cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the rest of a month you've already started, unless something on our side stopped 3rigx working for you, or the law gives you a right to one.
• Charged by mistake (for example twice in one month)? Email us and we'll put it right.

Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. A refunded payment ends access for the month it paid for. AI provider charges are between you and your provider, so we can't refund those.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Common fixes

• Windows warns about the installer. New apps can trigger a SmartScreen notice. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
• The phone can't find the PC. Both need to be on the same Wi-Fi, set as a private network in Windows, and 3rigx needs to be allowed through Windows Firewall on private networks. A pairing code works once and expires after five minutes, so open a fresh one from the PC's dashboard or tray icon.
• He doesn't answer. On the PC, press Test my keys to check your AI keys, and look at Your subscription in the dashboard to check your access.
• He can't click in some windows. Windows doesn't let a normal app click into windows running as administrator. Computer control also needs to be on, with Draft or Act allowed for that app or site.
